So here is an event that is a real change of pace for me.

What: The 2012 Wyld Mud Run
When: June 30th 2012
Where: John A. Minetto State Park
Why: A fun change of Pace
This was my first ever Mud Run and the first time the local Y organized a mud run Overall I thought it was pretty great.
